Happiness is not as elusive or exclusive as we are often led to believe. It just requires your awareness, attention, and practice. Your willingness to be present in your everyday experiences make sustainable happiness attainable.

When you embrace your happiness, you decrease stress levels, increase your immunity, and add to your life expectancy. Your happiness is a blessing to more than your well being. The benefits of living a happy life start within and radiate out to others.

During your journey, you’ll learn how to notice the moments of joy available in everyday happenings and how to nurture them through the routine. It’s not the repetition of things that hinders our joy but rather our lack of mindfulness and appreciation of the experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to play and encounter new ways to cultivate your happiness through discussion, movement, journaling, tactility, sound, and ceremony.

The Gathering is a great place to kindle or reignite that spark of joy.

Come join us.
