Michele Loew is the Founding Director of The Yoga Space Portland and Menla’s Vajra Yoga School of Contemplative Buddhist Studies with Robert A.F. Thurman.

- 7:30 – 9 am Yoga
- 9 – 10 am Breakfast
- 10:15 am – 12:15 pm Breath, Meditation, Dharma
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
- 1:30 – 4 pm Free time for Spa, Forest, river.
- 4 – 6 pm Afternoon Yoga & Pranayama
- 6 – 7 pm Dinner
- 7:30 – 8:30 pm Yoga Nidra
