Escape to the Catskills this fall for a grounding weekend of yoga, nourishing meals, and meaningful connection. Surrounded by crisp mountain air and peak foliage, you’ll begin and end each day with intentional movement: sunrise flows to awaken the body and sunset practices to unwind, each woven with meditation and breathwork to help you fully arrive in the present moment. Throughout the weekend, our asana will thoughtfully move through the chakras, creating space for balance, release, and deeper connection within.

In between practices, immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors—whether that’s hiking through scenic trails, taking quiet moments to wander, or simply breathing in the stillness of nature. As the day winds down, we’ll gather for cozy bonfires, shared meals, and meaningful conversation, cultivating a sense of community that feels both nourishing and effortless.

Designed to support the transition into fall and the grounding energy of vata season, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and reset. You’ll leave feeling steadier and more open – carrying a sense of calm and connection with you long after the weekend ends.

  • 7:30 – 8:30 pm Sound Bath

Friday, October 23

  • 6:30 – 7 am Meditation
  • 7 – 8 am Yoga Class
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 am – 12 pm Mindful nature walk
  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 2 – 5 pm Free time
  • 5 – 6 pm Yoga class
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 9 pm Evening Activity

Saturday, October 24

  • 6:30 – 7 am Meditation
  • 7 – 8 am Yoga Class
  • 8 – 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 am – 12 pm Mindful nature walk, or more active hike
  • 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 2 – 3:30 pm Free time
  • 3:30 – 4:30 pm Inversion workshop (optional)
  • 5 – 6 pm Yoga class
  • 6 – 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 – 9 pm Bonfire
